  • Explosion Potions stuck to another player with Telekinesis will now follow their target even if they change regions, such as crossing dungeon levels, exiting dungeons, recalling/gating/hiking, or using moongates (players should be aware this could result in a different Notoriety Flagging between the thrower and target based on the new destination region of the target player)
