Players can use a Runebook to organize Runes and travel to different locations.

Runebooks are crafted with the Inscription skill
Runebooks can store up to 16 Runes
Runebooks can store up to 10 Recall Scrolls
Runebooks are NOT Blessed by default
Runebooks can only be Blessed with a Runebook Bless Deed purchased from the Prevalian Merchant

Players can now use the Interior Decorator tool to Rotate their Runebooks into decorative graphic versions for displaying in Houses
Runebooks will still function normally as a decoration
