Players can turn a bulk amount of goods into a deed to save on weight and trade more efficiently

Players can purchase Blank Commodity Deeds from a Banker for 5gp each
Double-click a Blank Commodity Deed and target the resource to create a Resource Commodity
Commodities are NOT blessed and can be stolen/looted
