Mechanics
- Chill effects increase the damage the inflicting creature or player and their followers does to a target, each chill effect increasing damage by the percent of the chill. i.e. a 10% chill effect increase damage dealt by 10%
- Chill effect damage increases are multipliers
- Chill effects stack up to 20% against a creature (Creature cap increased by Frost Aspect Armor), and up to 12.5% against players.
- Chill effects last 60s, unless otherwise specified by the mechanic.
- Multiple players/creatures can have a chill effect on a target, but each player/creature will only receive bonuses from their own chill effects.
- A player and their followers share and receive the same bonuses from chill effects.
