Summary

  • Guild Alliances are not factored in looting rights for creatures
  • Boss-level creatures (except Shrine Bosses) will have Blue corpses if a player does not have rights to loot them
    • The corpse will appear as Red if the player DOES have looting rights

Players have looting rights to creatures if any the following occurs:

Against Normal Creatures

  • Player is the top damaging player towards the creature
  • If the creature has less then 100,000 hp, the first player (within the creature's 2 minute damage history) to attack the creature gets a bonus as if they dealt an additional +15% damage towards the creature.
  • A player is in the same Guild as the top damaging player
  • A player is in the same Party as the top damaging player

Against Boss Creatures

  • Player is the top damaging player towards the creature
  • A player is in the same Guild as the top damaging player
  • A player is in the same Party as the top damaging player
  • A player's total damage percent dealt (i.e. their damage dealt divided by damage dealt by all players) meets the "Player Damage Percent Threshold" of the boss type
  • A player is in the same Guild or same Party of a player whose damage percent dealt meets the looting "Player Damage Percent Threshold" of the boss type
  • A player is in a Guild whose total combined damage percent dealt from all players in the guild to the creature meets the "Guild Damage Percent Threshold" of the boss type

  • Lore Boss: 10%
  • Mini-Boss: 10%
  • Boss: 5%
  • Omni Boss: 2%
  • Event Boss: 2%

Guild Damage Percent Thresholds

  • Lore Boss: 30%
  • Mini-Boss: 30%
  • Boss: 15%
  • Omni Boss: 6%
  • Event Boss: 6%
