Paragon Creatures
- Most spawns that drop loot on Outlands have a chance to spawn as a Paragon variant of the base spawn (estimated around 1:400, or so)
- Paragons spawn with a tag over their head as one of 3 types of Paragon: Lesser Paragon (60%), "regular" Paragon (30%), or Greater Paragon (10%)
- Paragon spawns have generally the same abilities as their base but have increased Stats and Skills
- Lesser Paragons have a moderate bonus, "regular" Paragons have a large bonus and Greater Paragons have a very large bonus to Stats and Skills
- The Paragon Chest found on the corpse of the creature will always match the Paragon type of the creature (i.e. Greater Paragons will always leave a Greater Paragon Chest) (11/16/2025)

Paragon Chests
- When slain, all Paragons will drop a Paragon chest of either Lesser, Regular or Greater quality (lesser paragon chest, paragon chest or greater paragon chest, respectively)
- Contents of Paragon chests vary in quantity by their respective levels with Greater paragon chests having the most loot inside
- When initially looted, Paragon Chests will be marked as (sealed) and will not contain any loot (will weigh 1 stone)
- Once a Paragon Chest has been Lockpicked, it will fill with its intended loot (which will change the weight of the chest) and will no longer display as (sealed)
- Handling for Gold Progress earned from unlocking Paragon Chests etc will remain the same as always
