- Players can now purchase Dockmaster Deeds from the Prevalia Market Merchant under the Ships category
- Dockmaster Deeds may be purchased with either Doubloons (250 000 dubloons) or Gold (1 000 000 gp)
- Players can double-click a Dockmaster Deed in their backpack while inside a house they own/co-owner to place a Dockmaster NPC at that location
- Dockmaster NPCs function the same as normal Dockmasters players find near town docks (use same Speech Commands and Context Menu entries)
- Players may only have one Dockmaster NPC in each house
