Summary

  • Melloweed is a rare plant that players can grow and craft into a variety of decorative and equippable items that are purely for entertainment value (no functional benefits)
  • In order to create create Melloweed Items, players will first need to grow Melloweed Seed into Melloweed Leaves
  • Players can find Melloweed Seed as loot while doing Resource Maps (Ore Map, Lumber Map, Skinning Map, and Fishing Map) as well as loot in Trade Caravans


Growing Melloweed

  • Players can place Melloweed Seed into any type of Plant Bowl and grow them like normal Plants
  • Each Melloweed plant adopts a randomized, rare hue which can be viewed in the Plants menu with the specific Hue Number listed below the preview of the plant
  • When Melloweed growth is complete, collecting the plant will give the players "Melloweed Leaves" that maintains the randomized hue that was given to the plant
  • Players can single-click Melloweed Leaves to see which specific hue it has


Equippable Smoking Items

  • There are now 3 different equippable Smoking items that players can craft
  • Equippable Smoking items are Blessed
  • Players can craft Small Smoking Pipes and Large Smoking Pipes with the Carpentry Skill
  • Players can craft Melloweed Cigarettes with the Tailoring Skill
  • Equippable Smoking items begin with 0 Charges and players must consume Melloweed Leaves to add Charges to them
  • Players can double-click Melloweed Leaves and target the Smoking item which will consume the leaves and add 25 charges it
  • The Smoking item will then adopt the hue of the leaves used, and the resulting "smoke" graphics (when activated) will also display in that hue color
  • If a Smoking item already has 1 or more charges on it, players can only add more charges to it if the hue of Melloweed Leaves being used match the hue displayed for the Smoking item
  • Players can double-click an equippable Smoking item while it is equipped in their paperdoll to "activate" it which plays an in-game sound and graphic, and consumes 1 charge from the item

Water Pipe

  • Players can craft an animated Water Pipe with the Blacksmithing skill
  • Water Pipes must be locked down in a house in order to be used
  • Water Pipes begin with 0 Charges and players must consume Melloweed Leaves to add Charges to them
  • Players can double-click Melloweed Leaves and target the Water Pipe which will consume the leaves and add 25 charges to it
  • The Water Pipe will then adopt the hue of the leaves used, and the resulting "smoke" graphics (when activated) will also display in that hue color
  • If a Water Pipe already has 1 or more charges on it, players can only add more charges to it if the hue of Melloweed Leaves being used match the hue displayed for the Water Pipe
  • Players can double-click a Water Pipe while it is Locked Down in a house to "activate" it which plays an in-game sound and graphic, and consumes 1 charge from the item
