Summary
- Magic Spellbooks can be found as loot on monsters
- Players do not receive any bonuses from Magic Spellbooks while in PvP nor for having Inscription or Spirit Speaking skill
- Players are capped at having a maximum Mana Refund Chance of 66% when casting spells (from all bonuses combined)
