- Runebooks are created by the Inscription skill using a scribe's pen.
(100 skill required) 10 Arcane Scrolls 25 Blank Scrolls
- Can store up to 16 runes.
- Can hold up to 10 recall scrolls.
- Rune books by default are not blessed.
- Rune Books require 0 Magery when using a scroll to cast Recall from
- Rune Books require 50 Magery to cast Gate from
- Rune Books can only be Blessed with a Runebook Bless Deed purchased from the [Prevalian Merchant]
