• NPC bought or non-exceptional crafted gear has no bonus to its base stats.
• Exceptional quality bonuses stack additively with materual bonuses.
• Potency property increases the chance to refund Mana on spellcast
• Players do not receive any bonuses from Magic Spellbooks while in PvP
• Players cannot have more then 80% (Previously 90%) damage resistance, after bonuses from armor or skills.
