Custom Guild Island	15,000	The guild will be provided with their own landmass Requires Custom Guild House purchased
Custom Guild Island Enhancements	20,000	The guild will be allowed to work with staff to add decorative enhancements and features to an existing Guild Island they have unlocked
Custom Guild Banner	20,000	The guild will be allowed to work with staff to design a small and large custom banner. The guild will be able to purchase multiple items of these banners.
Small Guild Banner	750	Requires "Custom Guild Banner" purchased
Large Guild Banner	1,500	Requires "Custom Guild Banner" purchased
Alchemist Deed	5,000	Creates an Alchemist Deed allowing placement of an Alchemist NPC in a house (max one per house)

Guild Prestige NPCs

• Guilds can now purchase multiple copies of NPC Deeds from the Guild Prestige Unlocks system
• Each purchase after the first increases the cost by 25% of the deed's base cost (so a 5000 Prestige NPC will cost 6250 on second purchase, and 7500 on third purchase, and so on)
• The Prestige Cost of an NPC Deed will display in green text if it has been purchased before and therefore has an increased cost
