Summary
- Players are able to recover certain items that decay in their houses, by paying a fee to a new Pawnbroker NPC located in Prevalia east of the main bank
- Players can access the Pawnbroker's Pawn Shoppe menu by saying "Pawn", "Broker", "Recover" near them, or by shift-clicking the NPC and selecting the "Search" context entry
- Players must be a character on the account of the House Owner to be able to recover items decayed from a house
- Recoverable items will be available for up to 30 days (after which they will be deleted)
- Each item recovered has a fee of 25,000 Gold
- Recovered items will be placed into the player's Bank Box (and will be Queued for their bank if insufficient room is available)
