Summary
There are two separate damage caps in PvP; Melee and Spellcasting.
- Melee Damage Cap is Tactics + Anatomy + 20% damage bonus from supplemental skills
 - Spell Damage Cap is Evaluating Intelligence + 10% damage bonus from supplemental skills
 
Supplemental Skills
Supplemental Damage skills provide 40% of their PvM damage bonus in PvP
- Camping
 - Forensic Evaluation
 - Tracking
 - Blacksmithy (metal weapons only)
 - Carpentry (wooden weapons only)
 - Inscription (magery only, when casting from a scroll)
 - Fishing (spears only)
 - Mining (maces only)
 - Lumberjacking (axes only)
