• Can store up to 16 runes.
• Can hold up to 10 recall scrolls.

• Rune books by default are not blessed.
• Rune Books require 0 Magery when using a scroll to cast Recall from

• Rune Books can only be Blessed with a Runebook Bless Deed purchased from the Prevalian Merchant
