  • Runebooks are created by the Inscription skill using a scribe's pen.
    • 100 skill required
    • 10 Arcane Scrolls
    • 25 Blank Scrolls
  • Can store up to 16 runes
  • Can hold up to 10 recall scrolls
  • Rune books by default are not blessed
  • Rune Books require 0 Magery when using a scroll to cast Recall from
  • Rune Books require 50 Magery to cast Gate from
  • Rune Books can only be Blessed with a Runebook Bless Deed purchased from the [Prevalian Merchant]
