House Sign Restyle Deeds

Summary

• Players can acquire House Sign Restyle Deeds which can be used to permanently unlock new Sign types for a house
• Players can double-click the deed from their backpack, while inside a house they are owners or co-owners of, to unlock the style (and consume the deed)
• Once unlocked, players can select the sign type from the Change House Sign section of the Housing Menu

Demolishing Houses

• If a player converts a house back into a House Deed, any unlocked House Signs will be stored in the deed and will reappear when the house is placed again
