Summary

  • Players can craft a Potion Codex with the Inscription skill
  • Players must have a minimum of 80 printed Alchemy skill
  • The Potion Codex is a Blessed item that players can use to improve the effectiveness or utility of their Potions used
  • Players will earn Experience towards their Potion Codex when killing creatures
  • By accumulating experience, players unlock up to a maximum of 20 Points to spend on Upgrades within the codex
  • Players can Reset their Spent Points once every 5 minutes

  • Potion Codexes require 80 Alchemy (printed) to use


Potion Codex Upgrades

  • Below is a list of the Potion Codex Upgrades available:

Acrid 1/2/2 Melee attacks will ignore Armor Rating while using weapons coated with poison, with (3 / 9 / 15) ignored for Deadly Poison and
(5 / 15/ 25) ignored for Lethal Poison (player must have minimum printed Poisoning skill required for poison type to to receive bonus)
Bandolier 1/2/2 Reduces potion usage cooldown by (0.75 / 2.25 / 3.75) seconds
Elixir 1/2/2 Heal Potions heal an additional (8% / 24% / 40%) divided over the next 3 seconds
Freedom 1/2/2 If player has an Agility Potion in effect they will receive (2% / 6% / 10%) Damage Resistance if they have moved in the last 0.5 seconds.
If player has a creature-applied Hinder or Entangle effect in place, the first Total Refresh Potion used every (50 / 30 / 10) seconds will remove those effects
Mixed Results 1/2/2 Duration of Strength, Agility, and Magic Resist Potions increased by (50% / 150% / 250%) and player receives (0.5% / 1.5% / 2.5%) Damage Resistance against creatures for each of those potions in effect
Panacea 1/2/2 If player has any Bleed or Disease effects active, the first Greater Cure Potion used every 30 seconds will reduce the remaining tick damage of those effects by (20% / 60% / 100%)
Refinement 1/2/2 Player has a (10% / 30% / 50%) chance to not consume a potion when used (resolved seperately from Potion Satchels). Will not count when applying Poison Potions
Volatile 1/2/2 Explosion Potion damage against Creatures increased by (7% / 21% / 35%) and has a (7% / 21% / 35%) to increase its radius against Creatures by 1
