Whose followers they have to be and if the mini heal spell can trigger it.

Command's aspect special has a chance to trigger when casting the greater heal spell on the player's own followers.
If a player triggers any additional Command "Inspiration" effects while existing ones are in place, the Damage Bonus will not stack, but it will create additional 'pools' of bonus damage to draw from.

Command Aspect Weapon
Melee Accuracy Bonus	10% + 2% per player Command Tier Level
Tactics Bonus	10 + 2 per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Chance (scales with weapon speed)	0.5% + 0.05% per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Effect: Inspiration	Heals your nearby followers for (15% + (3% * Tier Level)) of max health and grants them a +50% damage bonus that lasts until a 'pool' of (2000 + (200 * Tier Level)) bonus damage has been dealt, or 5 minutes has expired

Mana Refund Chance	10% + 2% per player Command Tier Level
Damage Bonus	10% + 2% per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Chance (scales with spell circle)	4% + 0.4% per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Effect: Inspiration	Heals your nearby followers for (15% + (3% * Tier Level)) of max health and grants them a +50% damage bonus until a 'pool' of (2000 + (200 * Tier Level)) bonus damage has been dealt or 5 minutes has expired

Armor Rating Bonus	20% + 5% per player Command Tier Level
Follower Damage Bonus	5% + 1.5% per player Command Tier Level
Follower Damage Resistance	5% + 1.5% per player Command Tier Level
Follower Exp Gain and Taming Chance Bonus	25% + 7.5% per player Command Tier Level
