* Players are normally allowed to trigger a Weapon Finisher only once against a normal creature (i.e an infinite cooldown)
* Players are normally allowed to trigger a Weapon Finisher only once every 60 seconds against a Boss-level creature (i.e a 60 second cooldown)
* When players trigger a Weapon Finisher with Discipline Armor, they have a chance to ignore their standard Cooldown for Weapon Finishers, which would allow them to potentially trigger another Weapon Finisher immediately on subsequent weapon swings
