Damage Resistance and Delay

Temporal Aspect focuses players around using a Chronometer to generate a Temporal Field, which will grant the player bonuses to damage as well as defensive measures while inside the field's radius

Temporal Chronometer

  • When a player activates Temporal Aspect Armor, they will receive a Temporal Chronometer in their backpack
  • This item is Blessed, but will be deleted if dropped or moved off the player (similar to Atlas Books)

Temporal Field

  • If a player double-clicks their Temporal Chronometer, or uses the [Temporal or [TemporalField commands, they will create a Temporal Field at their location
  • While within 8 tiles of this field, the player will receive a Damage Bonus, Damage Resistance, and a Damage Delay effect
  • The Temporal Field will last 10 seconds and the player cannot create another one until it expires

Damage Bonus (staggered increase over 3 sec)

  • While the player is within 8 tiles of a Temporal Field they have created, they will receive a Damage bonus to all damage they inflict of (9% + (3% * Tier Level))
  • However, this bonus amount begins at 0% of normal when the Temporal Field is created, and scales up by 33% of normal for each second until becoming 100% of normal after 3 seconds and until the end of the Temporal Field

Damage Resistance and Damage Delay

  • While the player is within 8 tiles of a Temporal Field they have created, they will receive a Damage Resistance bonus and a Damage Delay effect of (4% + (1.3% * Tier Level))
  • The Damage Delay effect will reduce a player's final damage taken (after resolving reductions) by the effect amount (rounded down) and then resolve that reduction amount as damage to the player 3 seconds later

Chance to Avoid Movement Effects

  • While the player is within 8 tiles of a Temporal Field they have created they will have a (15% * (4.0% * Tier Level)) chance to ignore any effect that Paralyzes, Hinders, or Entangles the player
  • Note: This bonus was previously attributed to Air Aspect Armor but is now part of Temporal Aspect Armor

Temporal Settings

  • Players can optionally toggle to not have a Chronometer created for them on aspect activation by using the [TemporalSettings command
  • Players can view Temporal Aspect settings in the [Commands page under the Aspect category

Temporal Aspect Cloth

  • Hue 4211
