Description
- The Arcane skill determines the player's chance to attack or avoid attacks while using an Arcane-skill weapon, known as an Arcane Staff. As players hit creatures with an Arcane Staff, it creates an Arcane Buildup, providing large spell damage and damage resistance bonuses to the player. However, any Arcane Buildup is lost if the player controls any followers or uses any bardic skills at any time. Arcane skill also grants a chance to avoid interruption when casting spells. Players with at least 80 skill in Arcane, Wrestling, and Magery can continue to cast spells while wielding an Arcane Staff.
