Melee Accuracy Bonus	2% per player Command Tier Level
Tactics Bonus	2 per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Chance (scales with weapon speed)	0.4% + 0.04% per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Effect: Inspiration	Heals your nearby followers completely and grants them a damage bonus of (50% + (5% * Tier Level)) against other creatures for 30 seconds (can stack up to two times)

Mana Refund Chance	1.5% per player Command Tier Level
Damage Bonus	1.5% per player Command Tier Level
