Tactics Bonus	2 per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Chance (scales with weapon speed)	0.5% + 0.05% per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Effect: Inspiration	Heals your nearby followers for (15% + (3% * Tier Level)) of max health and grants them a +50% damage bonus that lasts until a 'pool' of (2000 + (200 * Tier Level)) bonus damage has been dealt, or 5 minutes has expired

Mana Refund Chance	1.5% per player Command Tier Level
Damage Bonus	1.5% per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Chance (scales with spell circle)	4% + 0.4% per player Command Tier Level
Aspect Special Effect: Inspiration	Heals your nearby followers completely and grants them a damage bonus of (50% + (5% * Tier Level)) against other creatures for 30 seconds (can stack up to two times) Provides half of the normal Damage Bonus amount to Undead followers created by the Necromancy Vengeful Spirit ability
