Provides a chance every time the player earns an unholy symbol they have to earn an additional symbol.
Chance to Inflict Irresistible Disease on Melee or Spell
Gives a chance per melee attack or spell cast to inflict an irresistible disease effect which will inflict 50% of attack's damage every 5 seconds for the next 20 seconds. This effect will never be reduced by a creature's special resistance (which normally gives creatures a chance to resist disease ticks).
