Disguise Kit

Summary

Players can purchase Disguise Kits from Thief NPCs or they may craft them with the Tailoring skill
Disguise Kits are stackable
Players must have 80 Stealing skill in order to use a Disguise Kit
Players may apply a Disguise at most once every 5 minutes

Every character's selections made in a Disguise Kit are persistent and stored for that character on all Disguise Kits they use (similar to Storage Shelves)
Players can randomize their features for a Disguise Kit (such as Name, Hairstyle, Beard Color) amongst "basic starting options" by clicking the small Orb button on the left side of each feature (if applicable)
Players can use the Left/Right Arrow buttons to rotate through variations of styles/hues for features that they have unlocked for their Wig Stand (such unique Skin Hues, Hair/Beard styles, Hair/Beard colors, Backpack hues, Tattoo styles and hues)
Players can rename their character, and clicking the large Checkbox button will lock that change in
Players who log out or are disconnected while wearing a Disguise Kit will have their name reverted to their normal name, and then returned to their disguised name when logging back in

If a player selects "Show Randomized in Paperdoll" under the Fame/Karma feature, when they apply their Disguise Kit their character will be assigned a randomized, positive Fame + Karma combination to display to everyone in their Paperdoll
If a player selects the "Randomize Selections" button in the bottom left corner, it will randomize each of their selections (except for Fame/Karma) with a 50% chance to use a random "Unlocked" version of that feature the player has (if the player has any), and a 50% chance to use a random "basic" option for that selection type (i.e. starting hues/hairstyles/etc)
Fame/Karma selection will not be randomized, however
