Mana Thief: Inflicts (500 + (50 * Tier Level)) damage divided among creatures within a 3 tile radius. Additionally, for the next 60 seconds any Arcane Staff hits will have a (12% + (4% * Tier Level)) chance to restore 10 Mana (effect can be stacked).

Increase to Arcane Buildup Bonuses

Increases the spell damage and damage resistance bonuses from arcane buildup. This bonus is calculated as a percentage of the player's current arcane buildup bonuses, not added their bonus.

HP Recovered Per Mana Cost of Damaging Spell

Whenever the player casts a damaging spell they will recover health equal to (Mana Cost * (10% * (3% * Tier Level)), regardless of if the player has their mana refunded.

Chance to Ignore Arcane Buildup Decay

Has a chance to ignore the arcane buildup decay which causes a player's arcane buildup bonuses to decrease every 10 seconds that the player doesn't swing their staff.

  • All Aspect Armor Effects that are deactivated while a player is Flagged in PvP will be shown as "PvP Deactivated Effects"
  • These effects will be reactivated once the player has been out of PvP for 60 seconds
  • Any supplemental PvP Activated Effects are bonuses applied to the player against Creatures while they are currently Flagged in PvP
